More than a label. A kitchen.
Dhannaram keeps four things a house already trusts. The methods are old. The labels are plain. The batches stay small enough that a sold-out jar can stay sold out.
असली तरीका, साफ स्वाद
The Dhannaram way
Seed to kadhai
We buy whole seed, whole coconut, and raw mango. The jar lists the same things that went into the press or the pickle.
Old methods
Belona ghee is cultured and simmered. Oils leave a wooden kolhu once. Achaar sits in the sun.
Nothing refined
No deodorised oil, no added colour, no preservative line on the label.
A short batch
When the kitchen stops, the page says sold out. We do not stretch a jar past the batch.
From home kitchens
Sample notes written for the storefront, until real reviews are collected.
The tadka smells like a house, not a factory
I use the Belona ghee on dal every evening. It toasts, then it goes quiet. That is the jar I wanted.
Kavita · Belona Ghee
Mustard that still has a nose
The stone-pressed mustard oil opens a tadka the way my mother’s tin used to. I heat it until it just smokes.
Arjun · Stone-pressed mustard oil
Mango that stayed tart
The raw mango achaar is fennel-forward and not sugary. It lives next to the rotis now.
Neelam · Raw mango achaar
Lasun chutney for bhakri night
A pinch of the dry garlic chutney in warm ghee is the whole dinner plan on a tired day.
Farhan · Dry garlic chutney
New in the Dhannaram kitchen
Old methods on a present-day table. Read how a jar is used, then shop the shelf it came from.
